  • 1099-G (unemployment or state refunds)

  • Social Security SSA-1099

  • Form 1095-A (Marketplace health insurance)

  • Dependent information

  • Childcare expenses + provider info

  • Education forms (1098-T, 1098-E)

  • Mortgage interest (Form 1098)

  • Property taxes

  • Charitable donations

  • Medical expenses (if itemizing)

 

✔ For Side-Hustles / Self-Employment

  • 1099-NEC or 1099-K

  • Business income summary

  • List of business expenses

  • Mileage log

  • Equipment purchases

  • Home office information

  • Payment processor reports (PayPal, Square, etc.)

 

✔ For Small Business Owners

  • Profit & Loss statement

  • Income and expenses summary

  • Business mileage

  • Asset purchases

  • Inventory totals (if applicable)

  • Payroll summaries

  • Business bank statements
